How it works
  1. Pick a flavor. Browse the Flavor Library and flip a card to learn the wood and method behind it.
  2. Build the recipe. The builder converts your batch size into an exact amount of wood — cubes or staves — with toast and char specs.
  3. Track the batch. Save the build as a batch and work its dated checklist, logging tastes and photos as it matures.
  4. Iterate. Under-oaked? Re-run the plan at a higher ratio next batch. The lab is built for learning across batches.

Educational guidance grounded in cooperage practice and spirits-maturation science. Aging purchased spirits for personal use is generally fine; distilling laws vary — check your local laws.
