Spirit Aging Lab.

Batch Builder

Tell the lab how much spirit you’re aging and which flavors you’re after. It converts that into an exact amount of wood — split into a dominant base plus accents — with the toast and char for each.

Combined instructions

  1. Start with the base (American White Oak), toasted & charred to spec. Base wood goes in FIRST and stays in longest for structure.
  2. Taste weekly. Pull each wood when it peaks; err on pulling early. Rest 1–4 weeks before bottling.
